Keep the Momentum Going: What’s Been Your Biggest Win?

Hey friends,

We’ve made it through quite a few weekly challenges together—cutting back on sugar, hydrating better, choosing lean proteins, moving more, skipping delivery apps, even stretching it out and thinking about our footwear. That’s a lot of changes in a short amount of time!

So now the question is:
Have you been able to stick with any of those challenges consistently?

This week, I want us to pause and reflect. Think about what’s been working for you. What small change have you kept going with—even on the tough days?

For me, one of my biggest wins has been switching to black coffee.
Y’all. If you know me, you know that I loved my creamer. Flavored, sweet, and just the way I liked it. I never imagined I’d even like black coffee, much less drink it every day. But here I am. I stuck with it, and now I actually enjoy the taste (who am I??). It’s such a small change, but it’s helped me cut unnecessary sugar and calories without feeling deprived.

These are the kinds of wins that matter. The small, daily changes that slowly build new habits.

So, take a moment and ask yourself:

  • What challenge stuck with me?
  • What habit have I kept going?
  • What’s been surprisingly doable?

And if you’re still working on it—that’s okay too! This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about progress. If you’ve had some off days (I definitely have), don’t beat yourself up. Just keep showing up for yourself.

This Week’s Focus: Celebrate + Choose One New Challenge

* Celebrate your biggest success so far
* Keep it going
* Pick one more challenge to add this week

Whether it’s:

  • Drinking more water
  • Cooking at home instead of ordering out
  • Moving daily, even if it’s just a walk
  • Choosing protein over empty snacks
  • Getting better sleep or stretching more

Just pick one and go for it. Because if you’ve already proven to yourself that you can make a lasting change, what’s stopping you from doing it again?

You got this. Let’s keep the momentum going!
